The available models are designed for use in presses with bed dimensions up to 8.100 x 3.100 mm (318 x 122 in.)
All models have gripper boxes that can be mounted in the press, between the press uprights or outside of the press uprights. In addition, they can be mounted above (suspension-type) or below (floor-mounted) the feed level (passline). This leads to maximum flexibility in configuration of design for new presses as well as for retrofit applications for existing presses.
Active Vibration Dampening (AVD) is available as an option for models "M" and "H". AVD ensures smooth, reliable transfer of parts.
Starting with AT2 models, all Schuler transfers come equipped with rail guiding 4-point bearings. The result: a higher degree of rigidity and a reduced tendency for vibration in rails of the same profile size, leading to higher throughput rates.
A special transfer rail coupling with integrated sensors is used for changeovers of transfer rails. Thus, manual die changes can be completed in the shortest possible time. As an option, Schuler also offers automated transfer rail changeovers.
