With the Slugmaster SAK, Schuler offers a fully-automated blanking line specially developed for high-volume production of aluminum slugs and other mass-produced stamped parts. Thanks to the highly modular design, each individual system can be constructed according to customer-specific requirements.

The press is configured to meet your specific needs. It is available with 1 250 kN to 2 500 kN of press force. These high stamping forces make it possible to reliably process very wide and thick aluminum coils. Featuring ample power for any situation as well as a rigid construction, the press can easily handle even the highest retraction forces. The system concept enables sustainable and cost-efficient production with superior product quality.
