Feasability Studies

Description

Send us your part drawing or CAD file. We will perform a hydroform feasibility analysis to determine whether any geometry changes are required for a cheaper and more robust hydroform process.
A CAD file (IGS, UG, STEP) will enable us to cut cross sections along the length of the part. From these cross-sections we determine the min and max circumferential expansion in the part. Circumferential expansion together with factors such as minimum corner radii, wall thickness, and material type will help us determine a suitable process sequence.
