Automation-related requirements

    Description

Two points to consider to ensure optimal design of the automation are the weaker magnetic properties of the austenitic material grades and the degree of material hardening of all high-strength materials. On the one hand, it is important to ensure perfectly coordinated double blank recognition, while, on the other hand, ensuring that all automation components that are subject to forming forces are sufficiently demensioned.
For example, when high-strength steels are being processed a high degree of straightening should be avoided in order not to further reduce the already lower formability of these steels. Yet the line has to be sufficiently dimensioned since the forces involved are extremely high due to the hardening.
In Schuler you will find a capable partner with many years of experience especially in finding appropriate solutions even for such complex problems.
