High-Speed in the Stamping Plant
Press line with ServoDirect technology and crossbar feeder automation.
With the start-up of the first fully automated servo press line Schuler has begun a new chapter history of metal forming. Equipped with the Schuler destacker/blankloader, crossbar feeder and end-of-line handling system, the new servo press lines are characterized by maximum flexibility, high production rates and short changeover times for die and tooling. Slide motion characteristics of these presses can be individually adapted to the forming process, the die and the automation.
The Crossbar Feeder permits variability in seven axes and win over customers by its compact design and high production rates. This feeder system is the basis for fast, reliable part transfer of single, double and quadruple parts in steel and aluminum.
