Code of Conduct

    We take a value-oriented management approach dedicated to the interests of our shareholders and employees. Reliability, respect, commitment, innovative strength, integrity and law-abiding behavior are the values on which we base our business as the global market leader in metalforming. Legal aspects in particular play an increasingly important role in shaping our business model. We consistently comply with all laws and regulations and do not tolerate any violations.

    We believe that bribes, cartel agreements or similar instruments are never justified in our attempts to win contracts. We would rather forego the deal and perhaps fail to reach our internal targets than violate valid laws.

    All members of the Board of Management, all General Managers, all senior managers and all other employees must be aware of the high risks which such violations can represent for the Schuler Group and for themselves personally. The Board of Management of ANDRITZ Schuler GmbH has therefore adopted the following Code of Conduct in order to help ANDRITZ Schuler and yourselves avoid legal violations and enable us to maintain the excellent reputation we enjoy among our customers, the authorities and the general public.

    This Code cannot address every possible situation of our everyday business, but represents a binding guideline and framework of reference for us all. Our corporate culture is characterized by openness and fairness, and requires each individual employee to consider those requirements of particular relevance for their activities and to utilize the advisory services of our Compliance department.
