Corporate governance of Schuler Group

Schuler Group is managed by a three-person Board of Management made up of the roles of Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. The company’s business activities are overseen by the Supervisory Board.

Corporate governance is tied to the company’s best interests and pursues the objective of transparent and responsible management. For this purpose, the company is committed to an extensive Compliance Program in order to adhere to corruption and antitrust regulations, foreign trade laws and other standards as well as group polices based on these.

In this context, responsible primarily means striving to cooperate with the corporate environment, customers, business partners and employees of Schuler in an appropriate manner. These guidelines for our day-to-day business operations find expression in the Schuler Guiding Principles.
