From design concept to full volume production, Schuler has the complete expertise to make any hydroforming application successful.

Schuler’s experienced engineers and technicians have access to unique software to perform FEA and model the performance of both the workpiece and the die throughout the entire hydroforming process.  In addition, we have the hands-on experience to streamline and optimize the production process to minimize cycle time and down time.

Production Setup
Schuler offers production capacity at our fully automated production line operating in Canton, Michigan. The line is extremely flexible and can handle a large variety of production parts.

• 8,500 ton hydroform press
• 500 ton pre-form press
• Lube station 
• 2 CNC tube bending machines

Schuler is ISO9001 certified. All incoming material is checked for quality in our state-of-the-art burst tester.

The line currently runs subframe parts, appliance handles, exhaust parts and has the flexibility and capacity to run your part as well.  Whether your hydroform lines are over-capacity, or if your operation wishes to avoid investing in own hydroform line, Schuler is positioned to cater to your part production needs.
