As a leading supplier of cutting-edge technology in forming technology, Schuler offered the numerous visitors insights into the latest innovations and digital solutions. Particular emphasis was placed on the progress made in the areas of cost-effectiveness, availability and energy efficiency in the press shop.
One highlight was the hot stamping process presented, which is revolutionizing the production of high-strength aluminum parts. This process, which makes the use of a furnace superfluous and can therefore save 50% energy, was met with great interest by the trade visitors.
The versatile laser blanking lines, which are optimized for die-free blank cutting, also attracted a lot of attention. With highly dynamic transfer and coil lines as well as pioneering developments in lightweight construction and electromobility, Schuler was able to demonstrate that the company is ideally prepared for the requirements of the future. The products on display - from the compact C-frame to the six-stage press line - illustrated the enormous range of Schuler's portfolio.
In the field of electromobility, the innovative system solution for the Backlack process, which enables the economic production of rotor and stator stacks for efficient electric motors, was particularly impressive.
In addition to the technological innovations, Schuler Service, which offers customized solutions under the motto “A service made for you”, was also presented.
Schuler would like to thank all visitors and is looking forward to turning the successful trade fair contacts into concrete projects.
