Turnkey lines by specialists.
The first fully automated hydroforming line for high-volume automotive components was delivered in 1997. Since that time Schuler has designed and delivered more that 100 hydroforming lines worldwide. We develop a custom-tailored line concept for each new application. A major goal in this process is the cost-effective production of the component. The spectrum of products and services ranges from the first feasibility studies up to the finished component and from manually loaded hydroforming presses up to fully automated hydroforming production lines.
Since all the line engineering is provided from a single source, all line components are optimally designed to work together. In the design and planning of a new hydroforming line our project team works hand-in-hand with the customer. Deadlines are coordinated and monitored, the technical workmanship of machines is checked, customer questions are answered and customer preferences included.
Upon request we can help during the ramp-up to full production after final acceptance by on-site training as well as by other comprehensive services provided around the clock.
