Schuler designs, builds and delivers both single presses and complete systems for solid forming of steel and aluminum with emphasis placed on a high degree of precision and optimal production rates.For the manufacturing process in the area of solid forming we offer all the required system components - beginning with bar stock for slug preparation on shears, heating facilities, automated multi-station processing up to required cooling and finished part handling.
In additon to process know-how and design, engineering and manufacturing of the required system, Schuler's core competencies also include tool engineering, design and manufacturing.
