Mechanical high-speed stamping cell BMK

Description

For manufacturers of industrial disks, link plates, and other mass produced parts Schuler offers High-Speed Stamping Cells of the series BMK, available in capacities of 2,000 and 4,000 kN. With speeds up to 250 strokes per minute, these press systems produce high-volume parts in compound press dies. This guarantees minimal center deviation and a high degree of surface flatness. The special feature of the High-Speed Stamping Cell BMK is the slide axis inclination of 15 degrees to the horizontal plane. This inclination ensures reliable removal of the high-volume parts. Overall, these press systems provide a significantly higher production rate and, at the same time, improved part quality.

Advantages

  • Part drop-out of the press with the assistance of compressed air to ensure reliable part removal, a separate part take-away system is thereby not required
  • Precise, playfree slide guiding permits a very narrow shearing gaps.  This increases the straight cut portion of the cutting surfaces.
  • Dynamic mass counterbalance of the slide neutralizes vibration and thereby achieves especially quiet, smooth operation
  • High stroking rates of up to 250 spm are achieved
