Blank manufacturing systems
Description
For the manufacture of blanks in various shapes (rectangular, parallelogram, trapezoids) for the automobile industry Schuler offers blanking systems for many different applications. Such systems may include slitting lines, swivel shears, and blanking presses with capacities from 4,000 to 10,000 kN. In addition, swivel tooling can be used in blanking presses and swivel shears, that are designed for the use of tooling cassettes. These blanking systems can also perform cut-outs or hole piercing with the slitting and/or curved cutting. Products like the Hybrid Blanker - a combination of hydraulic blanking press and move-in swivel shear - round out the product line for blank manufacturing. In addition, Schuler offers laser blanking as another cost-effective solution for the manufacture of blanks in small volumes.Material data
