The control and visualization/graphic display of Schuler equipment is all about ergonomic operation, seamless diagnistics, and ease of mainenance. A uniform control concept with consistent visualization software permits process and production data to be called up at the control desk and at the control panels of the presses and automation units. From here, the operator of the line perform all functions of the automated system by means of touch-screen and window technology.For the visualization/graphic display of complex forming processes in the automobile industry or the supplier industry we rely on the visualization solutions provided by Schuler BasicView and Schuler MultiView. Both offer a uniform "look and feel" regardless whether the operator is dealing with a coil line, a press, or a blanking line. While the Schuler BasicView is used primarily in the supplier industry, Schuler MultiView is used most commonly in the large stamping plants of automakers worldwide.For the subsequent evaluation of production data, the Schuler Press Management System or SPMS is available.
