Hydraulic high-speed tryout presses
Description
Hydraulic high-speed tryout presses are used as follows:
- For starting-up die sets in the die builder's plant
- In tryout centers
- In the stamping plant
Hydraulic high-speed tryout presses allow working speeds up to 19.6 inches per second, precisely simulating the stamping processes of production lines,
The four-point drawing cushion in the press bed is identical to that in a crossbar press, providing conditions as close as possible to actual production stamping.
Advantages
- Slide motion characteristic of a wide variety of presses can be simulated via programmed speed profiles
- Drawing speeds up to 19.69 in/sec
- Significantly reduce production press tsart-up phase
- Bed cushion with or (without) the pre-acceleration feature can be used
- User-friendly managing of speed curves
