Jürgen Tonn new Chairman of the Board of Management of Schuler AG
Göppingen – At its meeting today, the Supervisory Board of Schuler AG appointed Jürgen Tonn (58) as Chairman of the Board of Management, with effect from October 1, 2006. In his last position, Jürgen Tonn was President and CEO of DS Technologie GmbH in Mönchengladbach. The internationally experienced engineering graduate brings great expertise in machine and plant construction as well as excellent management skills.Dr. Peter Zeller, the outgoing Chairman of the Board of Management, is leaving the company today by mutual consent due to conflicting views on the company’s future strategy. The Supervisory Board thanks Dr. Zeller for his services for the company.
