The new facility in Slovakia serves customers for all product lines provided by Schuler Group companies. Services are also quoted from this facility to other countries (e.g. the Czech Republic, Slovenia, Austria and Hungary) at “local” terms and conditions. Quotations may include not only new equipment but also a comprehensive range of services such as equipment start-ups, new production assistance and training programs as well as comprehensive after-sales services such as the handling warranties, repairs and supply of replacement parts.
