Mechanical ProgDie presses
In manufacturing with progressive dies the material transport is provided by the feed unit of the coil line. The finished parts are separated from the coil strip only on the last stroke. Schuler ProgDie presses achieve stroking rates up to 60 spm and are available as link drive presses in capacities from 20,000 to 30,000 kN. Eccentric drive presses are available in capacities from 20,000 to 25,000 kN. Extreme part accuracy is guaranteed by the superior rigidity of the press.Your advantages
