Transfer and multi station presses
Schuler offers complete systems solutions for cost-effective manufacturing of parts on hydraulic, mechanical or servo transfer presses. Depending on requirements, the press drive can be mechanical or hydraulic. Mechanical transfer presses (in capacities of 20,000 to 30,000 kN) can achieve production rates of up to 40 strokes per minute.Multi-station presses differ from mechanical transfer presses primarily to the fact that single forming stations can be individually adjusted. Multi-station presses may be single-slide or multi-slide in design and are available in capacities of 2,500 kN to 60,000 kN.
