Dr. Markus Ernst

Dr. Markus Ernst, born in 1969, has been a member of Schuler AG board since 2007. He is Chief Marketing Officer responsible for sales, engineering and project handling for the business units Forging Technology, Highspeed Technology, Stamping & Cutting Technology, Hydraulic Press Technology, Automation Technology und Tool & Die. After graduating in technical business studies from the University of Stuttgart, Dr. Ernst began his career at Schuler in 1995 in the Materials Management division. He then held various positions as manager, commercial director and managing director within the Schuler Group. Dr. In parallel to his professional carrier Markus Ernst gained his doctor’s title from the University of Hohenheim.
