1974	Founding of the company Hydrap in Birkmannsweiler, Germany
1982	Merger of the Fritz Müller Press Company with the machine tool company Weingarten AG to become Müller Weingarten AG; Hydraulic presses are built for the Müller Weingarten Group at the Esslingen plant.
1997	Hydrap taken over by the Schuler Group
2004	Relocation of production and assembly to the Müller Weingarten plant in Erfurt
