Description
The Swingarm transfer technology – initially developed for use in Compact Crossbar Presses – is now also used in its latest version for press lines as well. Thanks to the systematic separation of press and transfer, each part can be allocated to its own motion profile, whereby production rates can be significantly improved. Each forming station in the press line has its own independent transfer module for freely programmable motion curves. Part transport is performed directly from one forming station to the next. Part positioning stations are not required, any required repositioning of the parts can be performed directly on the related Swingarm module. Swingarm modules are also used for blank feeding and finished part unloading.
Your advantages
- Freely programmable motion curves
- Component transfer from die to die without intermediate stations
- Flexible part positioning by means of six-axis motion
- High stroke rates
- Superior system rigidity thanks to crossbar mounted on both sides
- High degree of maneuverability thanks to low placement of the crossbars in this design
- Modular construction
