Knuckle-joint presses with servo drive

Description

By using freely programmable servo motors, the proven knuckle-joint kinematics are adapted to the requirements of specific processes with even greater flexibility. Knuckle-joint presses with servo drive give you even more efficiency when it comes to blanking, drawing, embossing, punching or calibrating of ready-to-install precision parts. Parameters of the press systems such as coil feed, transfer device, drawing cushion, ejector etc. are therefore adapted for an optimised process. Increased output quantities, greater component quality and longer die service lives are the result.
Knuckle-joint presses with servo drive are available with press forces from 2,500 kN to 10,000 kN and bolster widths from 2,000 mm to 3,500 mm.

Your advantages

  • Significant increase in productivity compared to conventionally driven knuckle-joint presses
  • Maximum production flexibility because of user-programmable stroke heights (in pendular stroke mode) and movement sequences
  • High level of repetitive accuracy even with fluctuating material thicknesses and strengths
  • Best suited for processing high-strength steels
  • Reduced cutting impact because of system rigidity
  • Long die service lives
  • High availability for production mode
  • Shorter die try-out times because of setup function using handwheel
