Blanking and forming Presses with ServoDirect Technology
Because now success is programmable

New perspectives for stamping facilities in the supplier industry: Schuler has combined the eccentric drive, proven in production, with advanced ServoDirect technology.
Blanking and forming presses in monoblock or tie-rod design have been further optimized in terms of both flexibility and production rates to create a new line of presses. The new press series includes presses with ServoDirect technology in capacities from 2,500 to 30,000 kN.
With more than 50 lines already sold, ServoDirect technology has enjoyed an extremely successful market introduction. Verifiable results have shown – depending on the die – production rate increases up to 60 percent on average.
