Roll forming lines

Description

Schuler roll forming lines can be used to manufacture pipes with outside diameters from 10 to 150 mm and with wall thicknesses from 0.5 to 2 mm in a continous process. The longitudinal seam is closed using high-frequency welding. The manufacturing process is equally suitable for steel and non-ferrous metal pipes.

Schuler covers the entire range of roll forming technology. From the infeed through to stacking, from the coil to the finished product. Plant concept, roller design, startup (running in the roller set) and service are delivered from a single source.
