Front-of-Line systems for Compact Crossbar presses

Front of Line systems for Compact Crossbar presses consist of a destacker, blank washer, lubrication unit, centering device, and blankloader.  Designed for processing of singles or doubles in steel or aluminum, the subassemblies are designed to achieve production rates of up to 17 stokes per minute.  In order to meet the demands of the process Schuler relies on an overhead feeder system for destacking of the blanks.  Loading of the first die station is also performed by feeders or by the modular transfer of the Compact Crossbar press.
