Description
The single-punch control (SPC) is a die function with electronic control for perforating presses. It permits simplicity in the production of variable hole patterns since each hole punch can be separately activated and deactivated. Individual models and hole patterns that previously had to be produced in a very time-consuming method on nibbling machines can now be produced up to 80 times faster with this new technology "line-for-line." Even "one-outs" and very small production lot sizes can be manufactured cost-effectively. The SPC has a wide variety of applications, for example, in automobiles, household goods and furniture, in facade construction and in architecture as well as air conditioning technology.
Your advantages
Fast simple manufacture of variable hole patterns, since the tooling consists of up to 2 x 176 separately controllable slider cells
Advanced control technology: Control is performed menu-assisted on AutoCAD basis in simple steps
Thanks to the compact construction and self-contained control of the tooling unit, retrofit into existing presses is not difficult
Existing tooling can almost always be integrated
