Hydroforming

There are many applications where hydroforming can improve piping design through reduced assembly and welding or improved shapes for compact designs. For example, complex multiple-connection fittings can by formed by hydroforming hollow tubes. This can reduce the number of components in an assembly and remove welds from piping systems (eliminate welding certifications). In addition, with a high degree of design freedom, precious space can be saved with complex curves and bends using hydroformed pipe.
