Precision Forging

Our cold, warm and hot forging processes for all shapes and sizes, including canisters and turbine blades, produce near-net shape final products. Forging produces products with durability to withstand high loads, reduced manufacturing stages and reduced weight. These processes are able to form various materials including titanium.

Hydroforming

The opportunities to improve designs with complex tubular shapes are plentiful and allow freedom of design for unique shapes and forms. Hydroforming offers reduced components in structural designs, more structural rigidity, plus lighter weight components and assemblies.
