Service Engineer

Tasks

• Provide Engineering/technical support to customers, inside sales and field service
• Identify parts and part numbers to enable purchasing department to quote.
• Produce calculations and quotations in line with customers RFQ.
• Take ownership of job from customer RFQ to start on site by field service
• Define and deliver scope of supply with all supporting technical documentation to field service to ensure job can be delivered and executed in line with order.
• Engineering design and evaluation to support projects.
• Occasional field service work in support of projects and installations

Qualifications

• 10 years of combined experience with Schuler group equipment, either hands on or within a service engineering role.
• Technical training, Apprenticeship and or technical (engineering) degree in related discipline.
• Able to read engineering drawings and schematics
• Experienced in SAP.
