Destackers and blank loading for a variety of applications
Schuler offers a wide selection of standardized blankloaders, depending on part size, blank weight, and loading speed. Our destackers are custom-designed to meet individual stamping requirements.All destackers feature an active, optical or mechnical blank-centering station, and can be equipped with an optional blank washer or spray lubrication unit. They can be automated using robots and/or feeders. Destackers for press lines can load "double-unattached" or "quadruple-unattached" panels, achieving throughput rates up to 68 ppm.
