Description
PR 1 and PR 2 series destackers/blankloaders are designed to meet basic requirements for press loading. The PR 1 is a cost-effective loading option equipped with a robot for destacking and loading. The PR 2 features one robot for destacking and a second for loading, as well as a passive centering station. Neither is equipped for processing double stacks.Your advantages
- Processes rectangular and contoured blanks with cut-outs in steel or aluminum
- Handles blanks weights up to 40 kg (88 lbs.) and thicknesses between 0.5 and 2.5 mm (0.02 to 0.1 in.)
- Blanks from 70 to 100 inches (1,800 up to 2,500 mm) wide can be destacked and fed into the press
