Description
Destackers/blankloaders in the series PR 1 and PR 2 are designed for simple requirements in press loading. The PR 1 is a cost-effective loading option equipped with a robot for destacking and loading. The PR 2 features one robot for destacking and a second for loading as well as a passive centering station. Both loaders do not come equipped for the processing of double stacks.Your advantages
- Suitable for processing of rectangular and contoured blanks with cut-outs in steel or aluminum
- Processing of blanks weighing up to 40 kg (88 lbs.) and thicknesses between 0.5 and 2.5 mm
- Blanks of 1,800 up to 2,500 mm width can be destacked and fed into the press
