Dr. Wolfgang Baur, 54, has been a member of the board of Schuler AG since February 2004 and is responsible for the areas of Finance, Controlling, Personnel, Procurement, IT, Internal Auditing, and Investor Relations. After his studies in Business Administration and receiving his doctorate at the University of Mannheim he held a number of management positions in the Bosch Group, among others, as executive board member of Robert Bosch AG, Vienna. From 1999 to 2004 he was a board member of Dürr AG, where he was responsible for the finance division.
