Core competencies

Shanghai Schuler handles the entire range of products from the Schuler Group. The core competencies of this plant include engineering, manufacturing, and sales of mechanical and hydraulic presses as well as blanking lines and internal and external assembly of lines. Engineering and manufacturing are in accordance with German standards and Schuler safety codes. Regularly scheduled training of personnel in Shanghai and at Schuler Germany guarantee the highest level of technical capability. Also available: Extensive services performed by highly qualified service specialists on site. This ensures Schuler customers in China high production rates and high levels of overall productivity.
In the area of sheet metal forming, Shanghai Schuler has an excellent reputation in the entire Chinese market. Well known customers include automakers such as Brilliance Jinbei, Changan Ford, Dongfeng Peugeot Citroen, Guangzhou Honda, First Automotive Works, and Shanghai Volkswagen. Shanghai Schuler is also firmly established in the Chinese market with its forging products. Automobile industry supplier firms such as Citic Dicastal Wheel Mfg. in Quin Huang Dao and GKN Drive Shaft in Shanghai rely on Schuler press technology.
