Schuler Hydroforming Inc. is the newest member company of the Schuler Group and specializes in engineering, sales, and service for hydroforming lines.The company supports customers in all of North America in the design and development of hydroformed components and in the design of new hydroforming lines. The capabilities of Schuler Hydroforming Inc. also includes the manufacturing and testing of hydroforming dies in the form of prototypes or dies for volume production, as required by the customer. Another core competency of Schuler Hydroforming Inc. is volume production of components in its own plant. On its production line in Canton Schuler produces approx. 700,000 hydroformed components per year in automated volume production. A key part of the hydroforming line in Canton is the 8,500-ton hydroforming press by Schuler SMG.
