Core competencies

Schuler Automation in Gemmingen is the specialist for automation questions for press equipment and logistic concepts. The product spectrum includes complete, customer-specific solutions for destackers/blankloaders, press automation, and finished part unloading systems. Blank washers and spray lubrication units round out the product lines for the most demanding forming processes.
Services offered include project planning/design, consultation, engineering, and the delivery of turnkey lines, start-up and training, as well as service and maintenance. Schuler Automation offers customers from the automobile and supplier industry custom-designed systems solutions for new lines, rebuilding/modernization, and re-engineering.
Product lines not related to stamping plants include pallet storage systems for metal-cutting machine tool industry, leak testing systems for the barrel industry, and automation solutions for laser welding lines.
